Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Perishable items such as pet food and treats are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect

  • We will review your request within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods (pet food, treats, supplements)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs
